Chislehurst Commons is a small, not-for-profit charity. We are in receipt of a grant from the London Borough of Bromley but are not funded by the National Trust or The Chislehurst Society. This means we are wholly reliant on charitable donations to make up two thirds of our £100k annual running costs.
Please be generous in support of these precious green spaces that exist for the benefit and enjoyment of the community. You can support the Commons in one of three ways:
1. Join our mailing list
By signing up to receive our newsletter you will be kept updated about our news and events. Annual events such as the Big Draw, the Chislehurst Chase and the Open Air Cinema raise much-needed funds for the Commons. Sign up for the newsletter here.
2. Sign up as a volunteer
There is a regular working party that carries out conservation work on the Commons every Wednesday between 9.30 and 11.30am. This is a great way to keep active, meet new people and do your bit for the Commons. No experience necessary.
If getting your hands dirty is not your thing, we are also in need of volunteers to staff our events or to assist the Board of Trustees with other projects or administrative tasks.
If you are interested in volunteering opportunities, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message on our answerphone on 0208 467 1886.
3. Support us financially
Chislehurst Commons has no revenue stream and is therefore completely reliant on the generosity of locals. If you recognise the importance of preserving these precious green spaces for future generations, please consider supporting us financially, either by a regular standing order, one-off donation or legacy.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any advice or assistance about donations or legacies to Chislehurst Commons.
